RETURN POLICY:

For all Returns, YOU MUST contact us via phone or email prior to shipping back to us. Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and ALL FREIGHT CHARGES. Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days of receipt of merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS. All shipping and handling, Priority Mail, UPS, or Freight will be charges to the purchaser Prepaid. Minimum UPS charge $10. Defective merchandise will be replaced by us with same within a 30 day period. Special orders are NOT refundable, including specially built to specs, engines, carburetors, struts, propellers, etc. Electronic goods NOT returnable.

CORE EXCHANGES :

Should be returned within 1 month of receiving a rebuilt part or a core charge will be implemented as we need to old cores to rebuild so you can get your engine back up and running. These are not shelf items. Unreturned cores will result in a core charge.

WARRANTY:

Our liability for defects in materials or workmanship is limited to free replacement within 30 days of purchase. All repairs or warranty work will be completed by Peter Henkel Inc, or our approved facilities only. NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, Peter Henkel Inc, will assume no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages caused from insufficient return packaging, improper installation, or damages caused by weather etc.

BACKORDERS:

All backorders will be indicated on original invoice. Customer is required to pay any shipping incurred on backorders or drop shipped item.

SHIPPING OVERSEAS:

All overseas shipments shall be prepaid. Also Peter Henkel Inc will NOT be responsible for any taxes, duties or surcharges brought forth by any foreign countries.

PAYMENT:

All moneys will be collected on a VALID credit card or PAYPAL. We also accept Quickbooks pay with a valid email address. COD’S have an additional charge of $20 delivered by UPS. We can accommodate a money transfer option. There is a service fee of $60 for this type of transaction. Or a bank transfer using quickbooks pay with a valid email is acceptable. There is no charge for this.

CUSTOM ORDERS/SPECIAL ORDERS:

Are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. On any special builds a deposit of not less than 50% is required before the item is assembled.
** Special attention should be given to insure that your package is unpacked carefully and items not thrown away.

When a package or crate arrives please check it over for any obvious signs of damage before signing for it.

If it is discovered that a package is damaged, any packing should be retained and photographed if possible. Any damages should be filed with the shipping or Transport Company. Invoice should be included. An email copy can be sent if requested.
